Consumers’ needs corresponding to the Legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan can be submitted during the warranty period under the stipulation that defects of a vehicle did not occur as a result of maintenance rules violation by a consumer and transporting, storing, third parties actions, Force-Majeure accidents, repair or disassembly of defected units without any permission granted by the manufacturer or service stations, introduction of changes in the vehicle construction and use of non-original spare parts.
Warranty service is carried out at maintenance works centers authorized by the manufacturer.
For vehicle purchasing date during warranty repair or when submitting other legal reclamations we ask you to save all accompanying documents (service manual, warranty document). Manufacturer has a right to recall a vehicle on its behalf for conducting an extra inspection (repair).
When delivering a vehicle to the office for your reclamations consideration it is necessary to submit a warranty document, service manual and vehicle registration certificate.
